Just wondering ....is this a true error OR does this appear on all computers after warranty expires so that they can get
you to sign up and have to pay for support another year? What I just experienced with the call in support makes me suspicious.

Hi again,
It a true error. The driver is just corrupted and needs to be reinstalled.
Please do not be so suspicious. It's a normal problem which was BTW fixed pretty quick and for free.

Unfortunately, I have been getting strange phone calls from someone claiming to be from Microsoft wanting me to go to pccure.com saying that a severe infection has occurred and follow these directions for help. I have never heard of anyone getting this type of call have you?
