how do i completely uninstall and delete mystartup by incredibar?

I downloaded Ares P2P, which caused my HP G72-B27CL Notebook (w/Windows 7) to open with Mystartup by incredibar everytime I access the web.  I have unistalled and deleted Ares P2P and mystartupbyincredibar, but the Mystartup by incredibar continues to dominate when I access the web.  I WANT IT AND EVERYTHING ASSOCIATED WITH IT GONE!
