how do i turn on the wifi?

Some how thw wifi got turned off on my compaq presario cq60-211dx and i can not turn it back on. The light stays orange, how do i manually go turn it back on?

If you inadvertently hit the button and turned off the wireless then plase see the illustration in Chapter 2 on page 4.

 

The wireless button is labeled as #3.
