hi can anyone help me please i have just perchased the hp dv6-6b60ea. i have set the laptop all up, gone to connect to my wireless network, and then it will connect 1 minute and disconnect the next and the internet connection on my laptop is running that slow it struggles to load up facebook letalone play a you tube video. this is the second one now of these laptops as i took the first one back for a replacement, i first thought it could be my  modem/router but i also have two other laptops both being hp/compaq CQ61's and they work fine, i have done a bios update wireless card update etc... and still no joy i am desideing weather to take this laptop back and be done with hp computers all together now as i have had nothing but trouble with my compaq laptops aswell, the only good thing i have fount with hp is the customer care!!

hi,

I am having the same trouble. How to sort it out?

 

I bought this laptop Apr 2012, and initally i thougt its virgin media problem (as same days we changed to virgin media).

 

Now i came to know they are innocents. Can anybody from HP come and explain how we can sort it out.

 

If its not possible for you guys to sort out, Can i return this product as its not a useful, I can't open youtube and stuff.
