I'm happy to report that today my internet did not drop even once. I guess I needed to restart my pc after changing the advanced settings in device manager. Thanks a lot! :smileyvery-happy:

This sounds like an unfortunate problem. I am having a problem with this laptop also.

I am trying to use my credit card companies extended warranty service but require a copy of the warranty to send to them.

Would one of you who owns this laptop be able to e-mail me a copy of the warranty at {Removed for privacy}

I would really appreciate it.
