I have trouble figuring out where to find driver for 

PCI\VEN_1022&DEV_1537&SUBSYS_15371022&REV_00\3&2411E6FE&2&40

according to msinfo32

 

In Device manager it states that problematic device is PCI Encryption/Decription Controller

 

PC is HP 355 G2
