What model notebook is this? The "biometric framework" is used for the fingerprint scanners that come on some of HP's laptops. Also what web browser(s) are you using when this occurs?

If you laptop is equipped with a fingerprint scanner, do you use it?

Yes. I think my notebook has the finger reader, but I never want to use it.  Thank you.

Re: How to disable TrueSuite Website Log On from Add-On List?

OK -- You can disable the TrueSuite so you dont have this issue again. Here is how you can disable the TrueSuite program:

  1. Launch HP SimplePass/TrueSuite and authenticate yourself
  2. Click on the Settings button (gearwheel) in the menu bar
  3. Make sure Website Log On is unchecked

Let me know if this does not resolve the issue.

Thanks!

Sean
