My Presario CQ57 (Windows 7 w/ AMD E-300 APU w/Radeon HD graphics) crashed and shut down the other night. Something to do with the display adapter, I think. Anyways, when I got it fired back up, my wifi wouldn't come on. When I push the wifi button (f12 key), it does nothing, and I can't find my wireless adapter listed in my Device Manager list. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi

You have a couple of options as I see it please try these steps might help you to fix your issue.

1) Try doing a system restore to the date where unit was working fine.

2) Please update the Bios & Wireless driver from HP website.

3) If you are comfortable reseating the wireless card which will be on the back panel off your unit you could try this steps as well.

Thank you Sir. I'd already tried System Restore a couple times with no luck, but reseating the wireless card and updating the drivers seems to have fixed the problem.
