I figured it out after 2 hours (grrr): Go to Control Panel, then Network and Internet, then Network and Sharing Centre, then click on the left on "Change Adapter Settings". Right click "Wireless Network Connection" to enable it again. I hope it works!

Hi, I've found a soution, probably not a easy one, but it works 100%. First, I installed Windows 8, 64bit version. Then I tried to install wireless drivers, but without success. Then, from the need of wi-fi, I installed Windows 7, on another partition, to have part of dual boot. In Windows 7 I've installed all neccesary drivers, including wireless driver. Then I turned it on (the wireless F12). I rebooted, but this time selecting Windows 8. Wireless remained on, the blue led also on and I could in this way use wireless on Windows 8. To turn off the wireless, I must boot Windows 7 and turn it off, from F12. My laptop is a HP Pavilion G6 1016sq. Sorry for my english.
