Check in Device Manager if all drivers are installed [Type Device Manager in Start Search]
If you see yellow marks in device manager then most likely you do not have all the drivers installed after OS reinstallation..Refer this Thread below...it has all the required drivers for your system and for Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit:
