Sorry to hear about the Bluetooth issues. I will be happy to assist you but I will need some additional information. What version of operating system did you upgrade from Windows 7 or Windows 8? At the moment there are no wireless drivers for your model for Windows 8 or 8.1.
I will need you to look in your Device Manager and click on Network Adapters and let me know what is listed in there for your Bluetooth Adapter..

None of those are Bluetooth adapters. Do you have a Bluetooth section in the Device Manager? There are 3 different Bluetooth adapters can work with this model. I have included the three drivers below, try to match that up with your Bluetooth adapter. If you can't find the specific Bluetooth adapter trying installing them one at a time and see if you get an error message or if it works.
Ralink Bluetooth Driver:
Intel Bluetooth Driver:
Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth Driver:
- Troubleshooting Your Wireless Network and Internet Connection (Windows 7)
- Troubleshooting Wireless Network and Internet (Windows 8)
- Resolving issues in Internet Explorer (Windows 8)
- Resolving Internet Explorer issues (Windows 7, Vista, XP)
- Resolving Broadband Internet connection problems (Windows 8)
