More than likely HP is not going to support hardware for W8 on any system purchased before Oct 1st 2011. Some updates for W8, most W7 drivers will work in W8.
Take a look at this extensive document http://goo.gl/CO6uV which will give you some information about driver compatibility.
Please let me know if anything in the document helps you,

Hello vamat. I understand you are looking for a Windows 8.1 Bluetooth driver, for your computer. Unfortunately, there are no drivers available for this product that are supported in Windows 8.1. The specifications of the computer indicate that FreeDOS was the operating system that was utilized when the product was released. You can view the specifications of the computer here: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=us&
For this situation, I would recommend you review this HP website regarding why your computer doesn't support drivers for newer operating system: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docnam
Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
