Accept Terms won't go away.

I just setup my new HP Photosmart Plus B210e. Everything appears to be working fine with one problem. The display keeps giving me this:

Web Services

Accept Terms of Use and Enable Web Services?

Refer to printed guide.

I click on "Yes."

I then get this prompt:

ePrint Enabled

ePrint enables automatic printing of emails sent to this printer.

I click "OK."

It then goes back to the main screen. A short while later, it repeats the enire process. I can print, and I even was able to print from email, so obviously the Web Services are working.

The printer says that it has the latest version of the software.

Thanks for any ideas.

Hey RickStringer!

If it continues to come to that menu on its own, try power cycling the printer. To do this, unplug it from the power for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in. Let me know if you still need help!

I have the same problem and a power cycle did NOT help. Please help? Any ideas?

So without you pressing anything on the screen at all it goes through this process? Just want to make sure I understand what is going on.

Sorry, I forgot to reply to this. After a couple of restarts of the printer, the problem went a way.

after booting it just appears on its own. After answering "yes" to the two questions it goes away for approximately 4 to 5 minutes and then reappears. It will reappear as many times as you keep answering "yes".

Strange, I've never seen this before. See if power cycling it again works since it worked for the original user, if it still won't work I'll walk you through a more thorough reset.
