Hi BOLAINE,
I'm sorry you're having this problem. The best way to work around it is to try using a different browser. Preferably either nternet Explorer, Firefox, or Chrome.

It let me originally create an ePrint account with Firefox. Now it gives me the silly error message. I don't use IE or another browser. I have cleared the cache and still cannot log in.
Admittedly I am an old lady and not really all that computer savvy, but I can usually follow directions and learn how to do things. Help me out here, you bright young things.

I am having the same problem setting up an eprint account using a new Chromebook. I get the ajax error.
The Chromebook is all I currently have. Can you help? Thanks.

I having the same problem getting Ajax submit failed=403 when trying to register account. All I have is a new Chromebook. Am I stuck? Don't seem to have an option of other browsers...?

I would try clearing your browser cache, cookies, and history and restarting your computer. To do this select settings in Chrome in top right hand corner then select history then select clear all browsing data. Let me know how it goes.
