Apps Won't Print

I have an HP Photosmart 5514d.  When I set it up a few days ago, the apps worked fine.  Now they won't print.  I can order output from the printer control panel, but nothing ever prints.  When I check the queue on the web site, the ordered printouts are listed as "pending."  I have tried the advice of cycling the power on the printer and on my router.  It hasn't helped.

Hi Davanden,

 

The Web Services server has been experiencing some difficulties lately.  If you haven't already, try again to access and print the apps.
