Reset again and everything is working now. I have even shut the printer down and started it up again.
You would not believe how many hours I have spent looking at all sorts of settings as per the guidance on the HP troubleshooting pages. You should have this solution published on these pages as from my experiences researching this error, there are many other people having the same problem.

As per post number 2, you need to reset the web settings, not the wireless settings. On the top of the printer's screen, there are 4 icons, select the one on the left. This takes you to the web services summary. Select settings, then remove web settings then yes to confirm. Once you have done this you will need to go back into the web settings again and reset them up. Unfortunately by doing this you will need to choose a different e mail address to the original one that you had set up (see earlier posts from Jamie).

Thanks for the promot reply,let me explain what exact issue is..i brought 6510 b211e printer two days back ,since then i am not able to login @e print setting..initially i installed with usb and later uninstalled and reinstalled on wi-fi(as per tech. Support),wi-fi is working fine but i am not able to use e print apps. because it shows server connection error or unable to update firmware after first two steps of e print set up.i called hp tech support but nothing worked so far,i was told to set up
ipv4 settings(dhcp and ip address-manual insted of automatict)but no luck..i have sent a screen shot to tech support ,they seem little relaxed..waiting for a reply,appreciate your help.
