Apps wont Log on

I just bought the C310 series e-all in one printer and everything is working fine except that it wont let me log onto Picasa web albums or Google calendar. It tells me my user name and password are wrong when I know they are correct. Any help?Thanks, Alex

HI aeewing,

 

It sounds like you need to use your apps on the printer. What kind of printer are you using?

 

 

1. First you should try setting a static IP for your printer. See if you can pull up the print apps. If you cannot, go to the next step.

 

2. Try setting a new DNS server. You can pull up the printer's embedded web server by putting the IP address of your printer in the address bar of your internet browser and click search. Now you can find the DNS option in the network tab. Type these numbers in this order in the DNS fields. 

 

8.8.8.8

8.8.4.4

 

Then click apply.

 

3. Once this is done, enable Web Services.

 

4. Now try your print apps.
