Hi everyone,
Anyone else having problems with the print apps?
On the printer, I select apps, and screen states "connecting..."
That is about it. Eventually at some point it gives up and goes to sleep, at one point it beeped frantically and told me there was an error to turn printer off.
When I first set it up a few days ago, it worked fine and I printed some sudoku out.
The printer works without any issue when used normally.
Epic fail to be honest.

All network tests are fine, using an apple router so obviously no problems there.

Do your Print Apps and ePrint services work now? We have been experiencing some technical difficulties with our servers; the issues are all resolved and all of the services restored. Thanks for your patience and for reporting your issues. We appreciate the feedback!
