Continue to receive errors on print jobs sent from Blackberry Bold 9700 from HP Photosmart Premium C310 eAll-in-One
Prints one page that reads "sent via Blackberry"
Turned printer off and on and refreshed, still fails to print
verified printer e-mail is correct on phone
left set up open on e-print acct
mail acct will print from web log-in and from outlook
Error shown on webpage below. Received confirmation message on Blackberry.
Printed with Error
receive same error if print email, email with attachment or image file.
Also cannot access the web apps on the printer, says connection error, I thought it might just be an HP error with their server.

Check you BBB and see if you have the right email clients. You go to the your ePrint Center and click on the ePrint FAQ & Help and see what email clients HP will print from.
