I can get my network name but it is asking a wep key ?

I'm trying to set up my HP officejet 4620.  The user guide is useless.  I cannot figure out how to set up the e-feature and have failed.  The automatic help system is no help at  all.   Don' know why you do not list a voice telephone number.   Do you have one?
