Can't Create an account

Everytime I go to Create an account i get this message  "Ajax submit failed: error = 403, Forbidden" What is this and how do i fix it??


I have a MacBook Pro running on Mountain Lion

I would try clearing your browser cache and then restarting your computer.  If unsuccessful try using a different browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox.

Google chrome did the job... I'm going to clear my caches to see if that works also but thanks

To better assist you, would you please provide some further information:


1)       What make/model/product number of HP printer do you have? Guide to finding your product number

2)      How is the printer connected (USB cable, ethernet, or wireless)?

3)      What operating system are you using on your computer (Windows 7, Mac 10.8, or Windows 8, etc)?

4)      Will you be using any mobile devices to print to the printer?
