Can't print HP puzzles

I can no longer print HP puzzles and can't get universal puzzles to load on my new printer. Not sure what I can do about it.

Hi lungdoc,

 

The answer depends on whether the crossword was printing from an App on your old printer or from a Widget on your computer. If it was the Widget, you'd probably need to change the settings.

 

If it was from your printer, the new printer would have to be one that has Apps available and then you'd have to go to the crossword App on the printer menu to activate it.
