Can't sign in to begin using ePrint

I bought a new HP40620 and am unable to sign in. It says I am already signed in another account. To my knowledge I have not signed in prior to this. Request for new password was accepted for passport to get here but can't sign in to ePrint Thanks for any help. Is there a phone number to get help? Joy

I will need some more information in order to help out? Do you have an Office jet 4620? When I search and alter the information you provided in the original post that is one of the two options that I find. The other option is an OJ 4622. Also, what is the exact error message that you are getting? Is it telling you that the email already exists and are you seeing this error message?
To answer your last question, Yes there is a number to assist in setting up ePrint for US and Canada. That number is 1-855-785-2777
