Can't sign in

I have been using my photosmart eprinter without any problems using the eprint faciilty and keeping a check online of whats happening when I'm away from home.

I tried to sign in last night using my facebook account, which is the was I sign in, but now I get a message saying Internet explorer blocked this website from displaying content with security certificate errors.  I've tried clicking on show content, but then I just get a blank screen.  I use windows 7 and internet explorer 9.  I have tried on another computer with windows xp and IE8 but still can't log in.

Can anyone help please.

Re: Can't sign in

Can you access it in other browsers, such as Firefox and Chrome?

Re: Can't sign in

I couldn't access it on any computer.  I have google chrome on my main computer and IE9 on my laptop.  In the end I got a new number from the printer, registered using a different email address on HP website and have changed the printer's email address again to something easier.   It's been a really frustrating process and I hope I don't have to go through it again in the future.

Re: Can't sign in

I'm glad to read the issue is resolved. While I understand the ease of using facebook as a login option. I would recommend signing in directly using email and password on the eprintcenter site. That way, 3rd party issues, such as a possible error within facebook, can be ruled out.

Re: Can't sign in

this is the message I keep getting when I try to sign in to eprint:   A system error has occurred. Please clear your browser cookies/cache and restart your browser. If the problem persists, please try a different browser.

I have done what it says and still have the same problem.
