I have a HP 210A printer that I had connected to ePrint briefly yesterday. After the 1st print the queue got jammed and would not print any more. I deleted the eprint printer queue and did a factory reset on the printer. Now, I am unable to add the printer back in. I have requested a new printer email address. Periodically when requesting the printer display the email address I get "registry erro - please upgrde product" but when I request the address again it shows the addres (a different one each time). Help please.
