I have the same problem. I have tried logging on the following day and same results. I just spend 40 minutes on with HP care and then they wanted to transfer me to a 4th specialist. I requested a supervisor, and after 5 more minutes they disconnected me. Super Dave any suggestions would be appreciated, i am about ready to take my new printer back.

are you getting this "Ajax submit failed: error =403, Forbidden"
If so save the trouble of calling HP.....
I was using Firefox 32 bit and then Waterfox 64 bit browsers....
Switched to IE both 32 and 64 bit.....both worked fine.
It's HP servers that are causing the "Ajax submit failed: error =403, Forbidden" and HP needs to fix it!!!!

If you are seeing this problem with an Ajax error, one of a few possible fixes should work.
1. Try another web browser, if you are using Internet Explorer trying downloading and installing either Firefox or Chrome.
2. Clear the cookies on the current browser. Clearing cookies will mean some of your websites might loose track of you for a short while.

I have lost the password for new hp printer and snapfish too. So I did logining my HP account.. same time of my email too repeat in eprintcenter and snapfish... I need reset password again please.
