Cannot log into the ePrint site to manage my account... how to reset?

I'm trying to log onto the e-print site and I cannot get onto it.
I have tried to rest the password, but EVERY email address that I have, will not be accepted by the site so I don't know what to do.
I can send documents to my ePrint email, and they do print, and I get a print confirmation to my primary email address, but I cannot get on even with that email address though it send me confirmations there.
I cannot reset the password with this email...site does not accept it as the right email address.

Did you create your ePrint Center login using your email address or the email address assigned to the printer?
When creating the login, it is intended that you use your own email address as the address asigned to the printer can change.
Once you have created an ePrint Center login with your email address, the other important point is that the printer's email address must be registered within 24 hours of it being assigned to the printer.
if the email address is older than 24 hours and has not been registered, you will need to create a new email address for the printer. To do this, turn off web services on the printer itself and then re-enable web services. It should reconnect and then receive a new email address. At this point, the printer can be registered using the new address.

i have the same problem. Created an account with my personal email, forgot the password. Try to reset password and just get the popup message, enter valid email address.
How do I reset the password for this account?? I do not wish to register again with another account.
Please advise.

Have the same issue. Cannot login to the ePrintCenter, nor can I print using either of the ePrint addresses (original and custom). They worked originally. I see this has not been worked on for about a year so don't have high expectations here.
When I created my account, I recorded both email and password. Now I try them to get in and it tells me one of them is incorrect. When I tell it "lost password" it tells me my email is invalid. When I try to create a new account with this email it tells me that the email has already is use. If it's already in use then why can you not send an email to it with the password reset??!!
I have noticed that my printer says its email address ends in @hpeprint.com, whereas my original ePrintCenter settings report it as @eprint.com. Which is correct? Why the disparity??

I am having the same issue with NO resolution. Now receiving an error message that says:
AJAX 403 Forbidden when I enter the password provided by print out. Getting pretty aggravated!!!

If you have an account with Snapfish, you can try logging in with the Snapfish account. There is a little blue icon with a fish below the login screen.

me too i get the same error message Ajax submit failed: error =403, Forbidden only i know i have the right password there shouldn't be any reason to reset a password i know is correct... this is extremely annoying.
