Cannot login to ePrintCenter,com [ Edited ]

Hello. I tried to login to ePrintCenter.com with my e-mail address and password and it failed.  I tried to click on forgot password link, however I get the following message...

Enter the e-mail address associated with your account.

It cannot seem to find my e-mail address.  However if I go to register and use my e-mail address in the registration field it says the e-mail is already in use.

This is frustrating because I get nowhere. This is a vicious loop.

The email address to log in should be your personal email address not the email address of the printer. Check the SPAM folder for the email from HP with new password.

I am very sorry that you are having trouble logging in your eprintcenter account. First thing, you should do is make sure you are going to the correct website www.eprintcenter.com hit the sign in button and If it says your password is already in use then you are using the correct password. If you have a forgotten your password and think you may have put it in wrong then under the password bar click on forgot password and it will send you a temporary password to your email address. You will have to use the email address you use to sign up for eprint center. This will not be the email address assigned to your printer.

I talked to HP Cloud Services.  The problem turned out to be an issue with my HP.com login using my e-mail address for its username.  I could not use my HP.com login for the ePrinterCenter website becaise it was considered a different site. However I could not register for a new ePrintCenter website because my e-mail address is in use on another HP site.  Its snafu in their system. I decided to use another e-mail address to signup for a ePrintCenter website. They escalated my ticket# 8055826864 further to investigate the issue.

Message I get indicates that either the e-mail account or password is invalid. I hit the link "forgot password" but nothing happens. Why?
