Photosmart eStation C510a purchased 1-4-12. Using MacBook Pro with Mac OS 10.6.8, with unit's software downloaded from Software Update (not the HP CD--software is included in 10.6). Printer works fine, scanner fine, etc. When I try sign in to ePrintCenter to get started with ePrint mobile printing, to sign up my printer (the unit gave me the printer code to use) it will not accept my HP Account User ID/password, which I used to register the unit!
I know I entered it correctly, as I double-checked the account info and tried it several times very carefully, and I can sign into HP account just fine. It says to use another email address. Seems kind of ridiculous not to be able to use the HP Passport account, and I only have one email address, which works fine on everyone else's websites. I already have an account with Snapfish, and I could not use that, either!
I should not have to set up another email account/address, especially when I have an account with HP, just for this! Can anyone help me? Here is the error message I get:
Email already exists
An existing ePrintCenter or Snapfish by HP account is already registered with this email address.
Please sign in with your ePrintCenter or Snapfish by HPaccount or create a new HP Web Services account with a different email address.
thanks for anyone's help.

Hi sukairi, when creating your ePrintCenter account you do not use the printer code as part of the login credentials. Here is a link to video showing how to register an ePrintCenter account online
I hope this information helps.

Hi sukairi, have you ever used the email address you're using to create your ePrintCenter account for another online HP service e.g. Snapfish? If so, this could be why the ePrintCenter sign in is saying the email already exists.
Try going to the Snapfish sign in page here and signing in. Use the forgot my password link if the password(s) you think should work with that email address doesn't allow you sign in. If the Snapfish service sends you an email with instructions on how to reset your password then it confirms that you have a Snapfish account. Reset the password and then try using the email and new password to create your ePrintCenter account.
Hope this helps resolve the account creation problem you're having.
