Hi Telchar,

Do you happen to have a signature on the playbook? If so, I would recommend removing the signature and trying again.

Re: Cant Print From Blackberry playbook

Hello Telchar,

I've noticed other customer's report similar problems using ePrint using a Blackberry device. Some customers found success using a different email client. At least as a troubleshooting step this will help you determine if there's an issue with the client. Other tips... make sure there's a subject line, only send to the printer's ePrint email address (one recipient), total number of attachments can't exceed 5 mb. I hope this helps!

Telchar,

Another thing to add. Ensure that you are putting a "subject" in the subject line. Be sure and reply if you have anymore questions.

If I have SOLVED your issue, please feel free to provide KUDOS and make sure you mark this thread as SOLUTION PROVIDED!
