1. HP Color Laser Jet 2605dn
2. Windows 7 64-bit
3. "replace supplies"
4. Had just replaced an HP cyan cartridge
For some reason the printer is not recognizing the new cartridge. I opened another new cartridge (both HP) and got the same thing. In examining the printer the metal plate looks ok, and I did not see anything that was obvious. I tried turning printer off, re-calibrating, nothing seems to work.

Hi me- Hope you are doing well and welcome to the forum;
Your Laserjet HP Color Laser Jet 2605dn is a commercial product. I will suggest posting in the forum for HP Business Support for a better chance at finding a prompt solution.
