Disfunction in HP Home&Biz: Only First Start Results in a Print [ Edited ]

Printer: HP LaserJet CP1515n

Hardware: iPad 3, iPhone 4 (both iOS 5.1)

Software: HP Home&Biz 4.1

First the Good Things: All Seems fine if i print directly from Home&Biz (Png, Jpg, PDF). Up and down, from left to the right all Fine.

The Bad Thing And why i Post:

1. I got Mail with an attachment, e.g. PDF.

2a. I Open the PDF And Open the PDF in Home&Biz (First Start, closed App).

3a. The PDF is displayed. i Open the Print preview.

4a. My Printer get found And the Status light is GREEN.

5a. I could Print. I am happy

2b. I Open the PDF And Open the PDF in Home&Biz (App already Open and another document was displayed and printed before).

3b. The PDF is displayed. i Open the Print preview.

4b. My Printer get found And the Status light is RED.

5b. I couldn't Print.

Question: Why i only could Print if First closed the app HP Home&Biz?

Hemmin, Hope you are doing well and welcome to the community;

 What is the size of the Document (pdf) that you are trying to print there is a size limitation of 5 MB perhaps that is the issue, for more information GO HERE content of the article that may pretain to your issue is "there is a 5 MB limit to the email and a 5MB limit to each attachment. HP ePrint supports a maximum of 10 attachments to a single email. Emails that exceed these limits will not print"

Sorry That is Not the Problem.
At the German Board the Problem got solved.

Solution: my Printer is Not Supportes And i can Feeling Lucky that i can Print.
