Documents fail to print via ePrint

Printer: 6500A

Connected via WIFI. Static IPv4 address, static DNS server.

 

I have a HP 6500A that intermittantly wont print. Internet access is fine and on the ePrintCenter website, the printer does show connected. However recent print jobs are PENDING.... Any suggestions?

Hello Brutel,

 

I would suggest canceling the print jobs and try printing again.

If I have solved your issue, please feel free to provide kudos and make sure you mark this thread as solution provided!
