Hello,
I am having trouble enabling web services. I just purchased my printer today at Best Buy, but it will not allow me to download product updates. The message I receive is "the download was unsuccessful." I retry it several times, but nothing happens. Please help!

Which printer i have you bought?
The Firmware might be available to install through the PC as well, depands on the printer model.
As well, you may try temprary connecting it to your network with an ethernet cable and check for any imrovement.

I bought the HP Photosmart D110a printer. I have a Linksys router model no. WRT54GX2. I uninstalled the printer software, turned off the printer, and turned off the router and the download is still unsuccessful. My firmware listed for the printer is TUL1FN1006BR. I hope this information helps, so that you can walk me through what I need to do.
