Re: E print error code

Carrfix, I hope you are doing well and sorry to learn that you are having this issue;

Can you provide more basic information such Operaring System, complete printer model, Router you are using?

When you said is good for the day it means all funtioanality you need?

Does the printer have an static (no changing same all the time) IP Address or not?

Change the DNS server to google dns servers to see if you are having a issue with DNS Server which are;

8.8.8.8 for the main (1st)

8.8.4.4 for the secondary (2nd) one

If you provide the information requested I will do my best to help you.

Cheers; RobertoR

Same problem- Error CodeOXBO32B15C--EVERY TIME I try to print...

Printer is HP 3250A

OS Win7

Wireless Router is Westell A90 (Verizon)

How do you change tthe DNS server (what's that?-I'm a tecno-idiot)) How do I tell whether the printer has a static IP Address??

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Re: E print error code

I have the same router and a static ip address. My printer is a 3050a. If I turn off and on the printer once a day I am good. If I leave it on I get the error code and have to reboot the printer. I feel it's something with the router possibly.

Hi there townpiper;
