No se me instala EL CENTRO DE SOLUCIONES HP, con lo que no puedo dar ordenes de escanear documentos.

impresora hp Photosmart B110a serie CN08O1R63P.

He perdido el disket del programa y me he bajado el sofware swasw vusetra pagina.
