Have installed an ENVY 114, everything is working wirelessly except for the webservices - eprint etc.
I have tried everything -
1. re-install services - error can not connect to web server
2. Product update - - error can not connect to web server
3. Give static IP
4. Restore factory defaults
I have internet connectivity on all computers. Can anyone give me a hint on how to get the webservices working ????

Hi sbenzie,
How is your printer currently connected to the network? Via Ethernet or wireless? What is your current router/ network configuration? What does your printer show for it's IP address? What happens when you try to launch the apps?
Not yet having the information above, here's what I would try.
I would suggest reconnecting the printer to the network by running the Wireless setup wizard and try to launch web services again. If this does not help, you may need to change some DNS settings within the printers EWS (embedded web server) To do this, put the IP address into a browser window on your PC.
This should launch the EWS. Within the EWS, select the network tab. under the network tab, select "networking".
Then select "network address" (IP). Do not change the IP configuration at the top. Go to the bottom under "DNS Address configuration “and select "Manual DNS server”. Under manual DNS server, input 8.8.8.8 (one 8 in each box) on the first line, and 8.8.4.4 on the second line. Hit the "Apply" button at the bottom.
Now try to connect to Web Services again.
