Emailing .jpg attachment to Envy100 prints out very small on page

I tried to send an email from my iPhone 3G to my Envy100 (410A) using its email address as the recipient and ended up with a print that was about 1/8' the size of the letter-sized page.

 

We updated the firmware the second we got the network connected so it should be running the latest of everything.

 

The jpeg in the email attachment has a pixel resolution of 2480 w x 3229 h and a document size of 8.267" x 10.763" at 300 ppi. It's basically a scan of a fax that has been emailed to me.

 

The printer is connected to my wireless network and prints normal text based emails fine.

I can print to my Envy 100 from a desktop (Mac OS X Leopard) and also by emailing to it from my iPhone 3G. My son used AirPrint on his iPhone4 to send a photograph and it printed fine; filled the page.

Web services are enabled.

We have cycled the printer power.

 

Please advise.
