Eprint Center logon failure

I set up and eprint center account on my work computer but when I try to sign on using my personal computer I get the following message "Ajax submit failed: error = 403, Forbidden". Both are MacBook Pro laptops. Please help.

Same issue: Ajax submit failed: error = 403, Forbidden     

 

Since our error dates are the same, 3/31/12, hope it will correct itself soon.

hey rath, it has something to do with firefox, i was just able to log on using safari...try another browser and let me know.

In regards to this issue if it occurs again, try another browser to see if it immediately fixes it.
