Hi,

 

My printer has printed the "printer code"... the instructions say that when I come onto eprintcenter.com and go to "sign in", then "sign up" it will prompt me for the code to add my printer... however that is not happening.

 

Can someone please help?

Hello Matflex1,

 

Once you have signed into your ePrintCenter.com account, you may need to click the "Add Printer" button.  That should cause the website to ask for your printer code.
