I have two printers on the network. New printer printed printer code and was registered. "Eprint home and biz" did not require code for original printer; it had an "add printer" option. All worked fine till I unfortunately upgraded "eprint home and biz" to new "eprint," which forced me to get HP Printer Control app. HP Printer Control does not have an "add printer" option to allow me to add my original printer to the printer list. I must be able to print to both printers and do not want to have to purchase a new printer to be able to do so. All worked well till the recent upgrades. Very frustrating!! Help, please.

I posted this in your other thread as well, but here it goes:
Unfortunately the Printer Control app only supports printers manufactured from 2010+ that are ePrint capable. That is why it is not working with your 2710.
And it looks like the HP ePrint app (formerly the ePrint Home& Biz app) has removed support for some of the older model printers with its most recent update.
