Eprint only prints email, not attachment.

I am using an HP oficejet pro 8500A Plus.  Eprint email is received just fine, but it does not print the attachment (it is a pdf of less than 1 MB).  It only prints the email.  How do I fix this?

Hi tfs1,

Sometimes features like electronic signatures cause a problem with reading attachments. Do you have an electronic signature on the account? If so ePrint will only print so many levels down in the email.
