ABSOLUTELY UNBELEIVEABLE - I HAVE TRIED TO LOG IN ON THREE DIFFERENT MACHINES WITH FOUR DIFFERENT BROWSERS - WHAT ON EARTH DO YOU THINK YOU ARE PLAYING AT - EPRINT IS THE REASON I BOUGHT THIS MACHINE. I AM A BUSY SELF EMPLOYED BUSINESSMAN AND HAVE NO TIME FOR MESSING ABOUT WITH THIS NONSENSE. I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THE SUPPORT LINES TO ANYONE THEY ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND I GOT PASSED FROM PILLAR TO POST FOR 20 MINUTES (AT 5P A MINUTE) ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO WAY I COULD SPEAK TO TECHNICAL SUPPORT BECAUSE I WAS NOT STANDING NEXT TO THE MACHINE DESPITE HAVING CLEARLY EXPLAINED THAT THE ISSUE WAS YOUR FEEBLE LOGIN PROGRAMMING AND THERFORE INDEPENDENT OF THE PRINTER. ABSOLUTELY ASTOUNDING - THE MACHINE GOES BACK TO THE SHOP TOMMORROW AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HP PRODUCT AGAIN - I WOULD SUGGEST A BIT OF STAFF TRAINING IS IN ORDER - J

I think HP shipped a product they knew didn't work and had no intention of supporting!
When I try to reach HP support by email they tell me I have to call a number. When I call the number I am put on hold for an hour and then I hang up....because I do have other things to do!
I wish I did have a twitter account. Maybe I'll add HP as a friend on FB and slam this product.
I did place a bad review on the BestBuy.com site.
Everyone should at least do those things so maybe more people won't buy this lemon!

Suddenly today everything worked fine for me. Created account, got apps, everything.
So maybe everyone try again.
Not that HP will ever tell us if they fixed something or not, they'd probably rather pretend it never happened.

I cannot log into the eprintcenter.com either. It is very frustrating when trying to get everything working and you buy the newest printer or computer and the technical support is not doing there jobs or the support sites are not working.. It is VERY FRUSTRATING!! PLEASE FIX THIS SO WE ALL CAN GET HOOK UP AND START USING OUR NEW PRINTERS!!

this is insane. I think I am returning my printer tomorrow. I have wasted two saturdays trying to get this *^!#*% think to work. We need to login to the eprint center!!!!!!
