Inside the Embedded Web Server page:
- Click on the Network tab.
- Click on Proxy Settings on the left.
- If you do not have a Proxy Address provided by your Internet Service Provider, then Proxy Server and Proxy Server Port should both be blank.
- If they are not blank, delete the input value and click Apply.
At your location, are you on a domain or any other unique or advanced kind of network or network settings?

We do not have a proxy server and both settings are blank. We do not have any other advanced network settings. This is just our printer at home. We have a Linksys WRT610N router. Nothing about the router or network has changed.
Is there any way to test whether it has external network connectivity? Meaning can we check to see if it can get some other internet page etc or if it is specific to the apps server?

I tried the eprint settings and it appeared to connect to a server, it then spit out a page about the email address. I went and checked those settings and then sent an email to the eprint service. The page printed correctly. So it appears it is able to access the "web" but for some reason not getting to apps

I appreciate that testing, so we do know the printer is connecting to the HP ePrint Center correctly.
On the printer's Embedded Web Server, click on the Tools tab.
What is the values next to:
Product Model Number-
Firmware Version-
Country/Region-

My 3 year old is wondering when we are going to take the printer to the doctor and if the printer will get a sticker for going.
I wish I could tell her an answer to that, or when the printer will get better.
If someone could please advise me on whether there is more things to try or whether I should just call tech support and go down that long and winding road

Still do not have a resolution, still not able to access the apps area on the printer. Every other feature of the printer is working just fine.

for an unrelated reason, we purchased a new router. I figured hey, maybe just mabye... well... NOPE. Still not working.
Anyone out there in HPville with recommendations on how to access apps on this printer?
