HP Crossword Puzzle app does not print out Puzzle just a line and a blue box.

Here is the issue:

 

I have an HP Photosmart 7510.

 

The HP Crossword Puzzle App (that was preloaded) will not print the crossword puzzle.

 

It only shows a blank page with scattered looking dots in the Preview mode.

 

When printed out, only 2 small lines through the middle of the page with a small blue box in the center appear.

 

All other apps work fine on the printer..

 

It's been a problem for several days, as I usually print the crossword on a daily basis.

 

Anyone else have this issue or know of a fix. I did see posts from last year of a similar issue but no fix was mentioned in the post.

Hi there, are you still experiencing this problem with the crossword app? From your post I'm assuming that it is an intermittent problem and the app prints OK some days but not on others? Is that correct?
