Hi, does anyone knows why the Officejet 6500A Plus is not supported for scanning via the HP Home&Biz application while the OfficeJet 6500A actually is?? is there any scheduled update for the printer??

Hi,

The HP Officejet do support scanning by the HP ePrint Home & Biz app.

 

As you may find by the list below, scanning is supported for the HP Officejet 6500A e-All-in-One Printer Series (E710):

Yeah, I've seen the list, but do you know if the Officejet 6500A --PLUS-- is supported? The 6500A and 6500A plus are different models
