When i'm trying to active in the hp print panel, this:
it load 2 seconds and it gives me this error:
translated: connection error: verify your internet connection.
But it's connected!!! the spy is lightblue on the printer!
The status in "information" is online!
this is my network resume:
I've os x maveriks, what to do??? i really need to print with the mail, i bought it only for that!

Thank you for posting your issue on the hp.com forums. I would try a couple of things to resolve your issue:
1. make sure your printer has update Firmware. Check hp.com> product home page to see if you need to upgrade your firmware.
2. How is your printer connected to your router? Is it wireless to your router or networked? Because your connection error is happening so fast (you stated within 2 secs) it means your printer is not reaching the internet. Try power cycling the printer and connecting. Does the same thing happen? If so, consider connecting the printer another way and checking to see if it will reach the internet.
3. Consider power cycling the router. Sometimes the router gets in a bad state and while the computer will reach the internet, the printer gets blocked. Power cycling solves this issue as it will re-establish all connections.
