I have tried everything from updating, setting my printer back to default, reinstalling the software, etc...nothing seems to work. I can print from my computer, I can scan, I can do everything except access my Apps. I can even log onto the ePrint Center...but for some reason I cannot access any apps from my printer at all. Please assist.

When it askes for DNS information, enter in Google's DNS. Preferred DNS = 220.127.116.11 Alt DNS = 18.104.22.168
If that does not help, if you could provide me with the following information it would help me out. First, who is your ISP( Internet Service Provider, i.e. Comcast, AT&T, Verizon, ect.)? Second, who is the maker of your router? Lastly, what is the model number and firmware version of your router?
