I just purchase a HP Photosmart 7520 printer, so far it works great I can use it to print and can even use the feature where it prints an email. I've signed up with an account online and registered my printer, however when I go to use an app it connects, then says the app is updating, and then it cancels automaticly I'm brought back to the home screen and the app wont open. This happens for all of the apps, including the "Get More" button.

I have this exact same problem with a HP Photosmart 7520 purchased today (3/1/14). The model has a serial number beginning TH. Has anyone got any solution to this yet other than sending the printer back which I really don't want to have to do. Any help appreciated, thanks.

Same problem. Just bought this today and only now I'm seeing all of the complaints about Web Apps online. I'm also confused why in other threads HP is not publicly posting the solution but instead saying "check your forum inbox for solution."
Please help. It's so disapointing to purchase a new printer that doesn't work directly out of the box.

Just got off the phone with HP Eprint Customer Service. Was told that there will be a Firmware update for the printers with a serial number beginning with a TH around March. Make sure your Web Services is set to Auto Update. Not sure if I am willing to wait that long as this issue has been going on for some time apparently.
