Try going into your Printer IP website to Network, then Networking. Go to Network Protocols. If you are a home based network, you may want to adjust the settings to Enable IPv4 only. IPv6 causes conflict with home networks and the default is Enable both IPv4 and IPv6.
Within 20 minutes after making this change, the printer downloaded and installed programming that now the Web Apps are working. I have a HP with TH serial number.

Can you check you have the Firmware auto update set to 'On'

The printer's website can be found on your Network Configuration Page; if wireless - be your IP address with http:// before it. From there you can view your printer's settings via the web and make adjustments; such as what I mentioned above.
As it is, there may be chance that the firmware just happened to occur download at that time; but the network protocol setting to IPv4 will help if you are a home network.
